• i-BIZ - an online supply chain management software running on Microsoft Windows platform based on client-server architecture. Designed specifically for small and medium businesses. It includes account receivables, account payables, cashbook, general ledger, sales and purchases order processing, and inventory controls. Developed using Microsoft Visual Basic and it supports major ODBC-compliant databases as its database engine.
• EZ-Dental Practise System - system for dental clinics providing patients appointments, scheduling, inventory management, and payments.

We have the experiences in developing

• Human Resources’ Medical Expense Claims and Personal Claim Control system for a multinational company using Lotus Notes. The system integrates with SAP R/3 FI/CO (General Ledger) modules for accounting, posting and bank payment transfer purposes. This claim processing system allows claims to be entered and printed by the employees using Lotus Notes. It will validate the employee’s entitlements and eligibility before it can be saved. The claim will then be routed to their respective manager or department manager for approval. Once approved, it will be sent automatically to the Payroll for processing which will check the budget availability in the R/3. Availability of funds will be checked and reserved upon claim approval.
• Statistical report generation software using Microsoft Visual Basic. The system will generate a survey report of estate labor shortage based on questionnaires returned by about 462 estates.
• Developing business system which includes accounting, workflow process, payroll system, helpdesk management system, inventory system, and POS (retail). Using Microsoft Visual Basic as the development tool with Microsoft SQL Server 6.5 as the database server accessed via ODBC (using RDO).
• Stock, shipping, and payroll system for a timber factory using Advanced Revelation running on Novell Netware 2.X
• Payroll system for a multi-national company with over 100 employees.
